On August 20-21, 2019, a two-day meeting on sustainable film and television production takes place in Warsaw, Poland.

The meeting was attended by over 40 representatives of the Audiovisual industry, including producers, production managers, representatives of film school, film commissions, Polish Producers Alliance KIPA and individual industry specialists, who see in their daily work the possibilities to apply solutions that help to care for the natural environment.

The meeting is led by Morgane Baudin from France - Sustainability Expert for Green Screen, Riet De Prins from Belgium - TV Producer working at VRT - Public Broadcasting and Tim Wagendorp from Belgium - sustainable expert working for Flanders Audiovisual Fund. The purpose of the meeting is to create an action plan supporting sustainable film production in Poland, which will be implemented in cooperation with institutions working for the audiovisual sector in Poland, specialists and providers of services and products for the audiovisual sector.

The event's partners are Polish Producers Alliance KIPA, Łódź Film Commission, Mazovia Warsaw Film Commission, Podkarpackie Film Commission and Rzeszow Regional Development Agency - the "Green Screen Project partner.
