The first meeting was held in Coventry so that the partners could meet each other and start to build their successful working relationship. They began by introducing their institutions and regions, with what is special about them and reveled the ways in which they expect the project to improve the Research Environment for Transport in their country. After suffering sever snowfall and an earthquake, the Abruzzo Region joined the meeting by Skype and contributed throughout the two days.
Alexis Francois from the Interreg Europe Joint Secretariat joined the meeting by Skype and explained the some of the procedures the project will follow.
The meeting discussed and clarified the understanding of the purpose of the project, each partner demonstrated that they are already well advanced with the first deliverables and afterwards the visitors explored Coventry's Transport Museum with enthusiasm.
