You can now access every Innova-FI partner Action Plan in our library.
In each "Action Plan" our partners guide us through their projects, let us explore "good practices", and lessons learned, and introduce us to the different stakeholders involved, timeframe, costs and funding sources, their risk analysis, impact monitoring, and communication strategy. These policy, governance, management, marketing, and networking matters complement the Action Plans, both in the definition and in the implementation phases.
All scheduled events, peer-to-peer evaluations, and exchanges seek to build capabilities and expand knowledge on techniques and practices to encourage the use of existing financial instruments, as well as regional policymakers' acknowledgment of their worth.
The next phase will be to give members of the stakeholders' group access to the good practices collected by the partners, and will also play a role both when collecting the good practices and in the exchange and transfer phase.
