Alexandra Alföldiová hails from Trnava. She has has been a part of the Faculty of Mass Media Communication at the University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava for 6 years. She graduated from the Theory of Digital Games study program on the Master’s degree program and is currently a PhD student of the Theory of Digital Games.

Alexandra has been invited to participate in the Interreg Europe s Intensify project fourth thematic event. This event will focus on the use of digital social platforms. Alexandra will share many insight with the attendees including, primary eco-innovations in the digital game environment aimed at raising public awareness of the need for environmental protection. As part of her university dissertation thesis Alexandra elaborated on the issue of the incentives of gaming in the virtual environment. As a lecturer, she was involved in the international project LoGaSET, which teaches seniors to work with touchscreen smartphones and mobile applications. LoGaSET was funded by the European Unions Erasmus PLus program.
