The internal procedures for the management of the project, defined internal bi-lateral working groups, to strengthen the institutional relations as well as to foster and support the exchange of experiences within the partnership. One of these groups is composed by the Lead Partner, INORDE (from Spain), and the Communication Manager, ADRAT (from Portugal). Besides some previous face-to-face meetings, now, given the pandemic COVID-19, the partners met in an online working session on the 04th December. In this reunion, were analysed the status of elaboration of each partner Action Plan, the Finantial execution and some of the Communication tasks.
