Cultural Heritage and labour market in cultural heritage were severely affected by the pandemic. It is important to examine how the execution of the Policy Instrument and especially the measures related to Cultural heritage was done during the COVID-19 pandemic, the effects (in terms of policy, actions, finances, etc.), if the lessons learned contribute to better planning and also assessing better risks, etc.

This report, prepared by the Municipality of Paggaio, is considered precious for decision making and better future planning, especially knowing the high potential risks (climate change and others).

The document elaborates briefly on the literature review and then it reports on the effect of the COVID-19 crisis on cultural heritage organizations and enterprises, on the employability, on the income of the cultural heritage labour, on spending on the conservation and maintenance of cultural heritage monuments and the support on intangible cultural heritage; and how the execution of the Policy Instrument and especially the measures related to Cultural heritage was done during the COVID-19. It ends with an analysis of the lessons learned and if they contribute to better planning and risk assessing.
