During the second LAST MILE exchange meeting stakeholders from different partner regions participate in a two-day study visit (18-19 Oct) in the region of Catalonia with technical workshops and panel discussions related to the "last mile": existing solutions and framework conditions in Catalonia and other.
The trip goes to the Catalan High Pyrenees, where the excursion group will test flexible transport services like a train with stops on demand (Lleida), a dialbus service and a cable car operating in La Vall Fosca.
The aim of the study visit is not only that stakeholders from other regions than Catalonia can learn about their existing systems, but also to encourage the exchange of the regions to support learning from each other.
Next to the stakeholder meeting partners of the project will meet to report about the management and the progress of the project in their regions.
