LAST MILE Partner meeting during Phase 2 of the projet LAST MILE.
Main topic of the meeting is the monitoring of the action plan implementation from all the regions, including the progress of action plan implementation incl. update of the set of indicators and an exchange of success stories, difficulties, unexpected developments, changes and lessons learned.
Furthermore the programme includes the coordination of the project management and of the communications tasks. An important communication task will be the preparation of the final brochure of the project.
