Once again the meeting was accompanied by a significant representation of major regional stakeholders which already took a part in the LAST MILE opening event in June. Furthermore, the meeting was attended by representatives of the scientific community - including representatives from the field of transport and sustainable mobility. The meeting was again divided into two parts – presentations and open discussion. First part started with the general presentation of different sustainable and flexible transport systems with explanation of the definitions, practical examples and comparison of different systems. Then there where presented good practices from Austria observed during the 1-st Interregional exchange meeting in East Tyrol. Presentation part ended with demonstration of the results of sustainable transport analysis made so far for the LAST MILE Project within the area of selected municipalities. The discussion panel was a possibility of exchanging experiences about flexible transport solutions, transferability of good practices that where presented and ideas how could regional stakeholder meetings develop with a plan to transform them more into a workshop form.
