Interested in learning more about LCA application at regional level? Curious which LCA techniques are best?

The 11th edition of the Life Cycle Summer School (LCSS 2022) will take place on 25-28 August in Gothenborg, Sweden, under the broader program “Life Cycle Approaches to Sustainable Regional Development”. It will look at how life cycle methodologies can contribute to achieving the objectives of major global climate agreements and other sustainability issues on a regional level through a focus on prevention, circularity and adaptation. To ensure a close interactive environment between participants and academic staff, the summer school will be limited to 30 participants.

Are you a researcher, business, regional official or regional policy adviser? The LCSS is for you!

The LCSS is actually well-known from the LCA4Regions partners: some of them joined its 9th edition, back in 2020! That year, the programme focused on all stages of the agri-food sector with upstream and downstream actions to reach an optimization in the life chain of food production and consumption. It was a great opportunity for them to deepen the knowledge about LC approaches, join insightful seminars, and exchange points of view.
