The meeting starts with a plenary session where the LP provides a summary of the topics to be discussed:
- modification request – changes in the activities and the budget
- Good Practices – thematic discussions in Sep / Oct / Nov
- story map – designed by the AP – it is also a tool to share the good practices
- stakeholder meetings – if not possible to meet them personally organize online discussions
- by the end of January all partners need to have a situation analysis and a draft action plan
After the short plenary the meeting continues with 1 hour bilateral discussions about the partners’ progress, their aims and planned actions. After the bilateral sessions moderators will summarize the findings of each group.
