Using the methodology known as peer review, experts from MOSTA have analysed the evaluation system of the Basque Government's Hazitek, Basque Industry 4.0 and Gauzatu R&D programmes.
The results obtained from this comparison will serve as a starting point to design an evaluation model that bears in mind the combination of funding instruments avoiding overlaps and fostering synergies.
