The Western Regional Development Agency (ADR Vest) hosted the first Interregional Thematic Seminar in Timisoara (Romania West Region) under MONITORIS3 Project on 20th Apri 2017, dedicated to supporting public-private partnerships in innovation.
During the first part of the meeting, participants involved on Smart Specialization Strategies and innovation support policies from national and regional level as well as Project Partners were present. The second part of the meeting focused on research and innovation strategies examples implemented by Universities from the West Region and financed under the 2007-2013 Framework Programme.
The event was followed by a series of study visits in locations that support innovation and facilitate its deployment in the private environment - locations such as Incuboxx and the Regional Competence and Development Center for Automotive Sector Suppliers - CERC.
