The Next2Met project is organising its third Policy Learning Event on 3 December 2020, hosted by Barcelona Provincial Council.
During this online meeting, regional actors and stakeholders will present good practices and innovative projects aimed at improving services to people, sustainability and connectivity in the province of Barcelona.
The topics presented will touch upon a variety of issues and opportunities, such as digitalisation and climate action, smart services, sustainable tourism and innovation labs, which become even more relevant in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and the digital and green transition promoted at the European level.
The event represents an opportunity to discover innovative solutions implemented in the region of Barcelona and open a discussion on their transferability to other areas that face similar challenges.
Exchanging ideas among stakeholders, learning from each other, and creating common ground for further cooperation are at the heart of this interregional event!
Back-to-back with this event, Next2Met partners from Päijät-Häme, Lower Austria, Barcelona, Eastern and Midland Regional Assembly, Podlaskie Voivodship and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, will participate in an internal workshop where they will start working on their Action Plan.
