Staff exchange in Seinäjoki, region of South Ostrobothnia, was organized between 6-8.6.2017. Partners were presented with AB Seinäjoki - Boosting Bioeconomy, Food Workshop (Ruokaverstas) and ECOWASTE4FOOD project, funded by the Interreg Europe programme.     Innovation tour of Fit Children of Seinäjoki included insight into how the city of Seinäjoki is integrating health in all policies. Participants also visited Foodwest which is a food development company located in Seinäjoki.Participants of the staff exchange got to attend the Food Business Summit event which is targeted to professionals working on food industry, food systems and agrobioeconomy.  Read more: agrobiotalous.fi/agrobiotalouden-piilaakso-/food-business-summit-english/ . It is an event around food business that gathers together companies, professionals and other stakeholders. This year's program was built on four themes: regenerating food business, platform economy, food experience and export.Enterprise Europe Network also arranged a matchmaking event where participants got to meet potential business and technology partners face-to-face. Each of the stakeholders had 2-5 pre-arranged meetings.  Participants also attended a food workshop “Meal in context” organized by Interreg Botnia Atlantica project, Food Bait – better food as growth and attraction factor for the Kvarken. Using theoretical tools within concept and context development, the participants identified the key components of the brand concept and the meal context, and translated those components into flavors. The workshop resulted in prototype beverages to be served with dinners at Kyrö distillery in Isokyrö.
