From Rome (Fiumicino and Ciampino) to L'Aquila there is a direct bus (about 2 hours), the price is  from 12 to 16 euro.
The bus station in L'Aquila is near Hotel Amiternum (Strada Statale 17 Est, 67100 L'Aquila).

From Pescara to L'Aquila there is a direct bus (about 1:30 hour), the price is about 8 euro
From Pescara Airport to the bus station that is in Piazza della Repubblica (city centre, about 3 km) you can: take a taxi (tel: 0039 085 35155) or take the urban bus n. 38 (ticket on bus)
