Optiwamag started its last phase 1 semester on 1st of February.
In May 2021, the Optiwamag Steering Group decided to formally extend the project by adding one more semester (6 months). The extension means that the phase 1. part will end on 31/07/2022. Although the project is on track with the timings and responsibilities, the extra 6 months allows the project partners to complete their commitment with additional efforts and at even higher quality. The objective of Optiwamag is to offer innovative proposals to optimize the management policies of urban solid waste and in households, through the development of regional action plans to improve their efficiency.
