On 28.11.2018 in Leva hotel conference hall, the local information meeting for OSS project has been held. The local stakeholders- 23 representatives of the Vratsa District Administration, Vratsa Municipality, Regional Information Centre, Local Labour Office,local business, consultation companies ;Regional Department of Education, EEN –Vratsa office, Chamber of Commerce and Indsutry-Vratsa, regional media- Darik Radio, TV-Vratsa, « Severozapad dnes »newspaper, took part in the information meeting.
The project structures and objectives were presented by the project manager Mrs.Nesrin Doneva. Also the opportunities for learning and exchange of Good practices on the certain topics, included in the project timetable as well as the opportunities that Policy Learning Platform gives to the all stakeholders and intersted parties was presented to the participants.
The presentation was interactive and participants had the opportunity to ask questions. After that the Lead partner system for First line services was presented as a Good practice of the More and Romsdal county council as well as the approach for modernization of the system. It was a good basis for an open discussion for the status of FLS in our region and opportunities to be improved the policy instrument.
The discussion concerned the local gaps in the system for first line services and how the project OSS can contribute for improving the policy instrument taking into consideration the specific situation of centralized funding and the problem with the attractiveness of the region for the young people were discussed.
