At the end of the policy learning phase of PASSPARTOOL, each partner drew up an action plan to be implemented in its region, inspired by the practices explored and providing details on how the lessons learnt from the cooperation will be developed in order to improve the monitoring tools for soft innovation.
Phase two of the project will be entirely dedicated to the implementation of these plans in the partners' territories.
