The morning session will be dedicated to the project kick-off with a project overview on objectives, activities, outputs and expected results, a presentation of all project partners and other project management, coordination and communication activities.

In the afternoon, the first Interregional Learning Meeting will start with a brainstorming on Methodology for Thematic Workshops, where the project methodology for Thematic Workshop will be presented and discussed among partners.

In order to creating a shared understanding of soft innovation & soft policy making, guided by the introduction by Mr Thijs Broekhuizen (University of Groningen), partners will implement a participatory approach to share their opinions, identify points in common and differences and come up with a common understanding of the four project topics (non R&Ddriven- innovation, SMEs innovation, Social Innovation, Cultural Innovation and Creativity).
