To improve sustainable transport, PE4Trans partners will cooperate with external experts trained in social science field and carbon footprint calculation.
Following the evaluation procedure within the call for offers for external experts supporting INTERREG EUROPE project PE4Trans following offers were selected:
- Smart Continent LT, UAB, Vilnius (Lithuania) for assignment 1 (expert on local transportation system analyses and planning and the carbon footprint calculation for the improved policy interventions)
- Senior Europa S.L (commercial name Kveloce I+D+i), Valencia (Spain) for assignment 2 (expert on behavioural sciences integrating psychological and sociological knowledge for design of solutions effectively influencing people behaviour for environmentally desirable)
The partners of PE4Trans will use external expertise supporting the analysis of the mobility related behaviours and the related carbon footprint. The objective of it is to gain mutual agreement on most relevant changes in peoples’ transport behaviours which may be strengthened through public policy instruments in each partner territory.
