Evidence of success
This practice has been selected as a good one because of its success. Nowadays it is replicated in 42 crowdworking centers in Spain and South America. These spaces are successful because participants receive a specialized accompaniment itineraries composed of specialized training, counseling and mentoring for their digital ideas.
Potential for learning or transfer
We consider this practice interesting for other regions to learn, and with potential for transfer, because of the structure of the program. One of the keys is the agreement among TOF and the local or regional governments, universities, technological institutes that allow to take advantage of the synergies and the networks previously created. Other key component is the connection between the tractor companies, the universities and the entrepreneurs (start ups).
