University of Manchester, advisor partner of POWERTY project, participated the webinar Transformation towards energy democracy (Green European Foundation) where was spoken about the challenges of establishing green energy co-operatives in Southern and Eastern Europe and the potential that energy democracy holds to address energy poverty. A presentation of SWOT analyses from POWERTY was presented.
