The Valle del Guadalhorce Local Development Group organized a conference on the cooperation project “Leading Local Energy Communities (LICLE). With this initiative it was sought to change the production and consumption model for a more efficient and responsible one that arises from the local, where those involved in the change act as prosumers or self-consumers, that is, they participate in the generation of the goods and services that then consume.
