On the second day of the kick-off meeting in Malta, after experiencing a wonderful city tour through La Valletta, and partaking in the first interregional PROMETEUS workshop, participants engaged in the first field visit. Officials of Transport Malta and the local Ministry for Transport and Infrastructure accompanied the representatives to a visit of the Malta Transport Centre in Marsa.
On site, the partners were shown around the corporate fleet’s garage and had the chance to view the different charging points utilized by the installation, as well as the rooftop photovoltaic system. Afterwards they got the opportunity to discuss the system’s organization and operational implications with the Transport Malta Operations Manager. Held after an enlightening first Workshop the field visit came to an end in the late afternoon.
