The Logbook is a web-based tool constructed from the partners' Regional Action Plans, and its scope lies in supporting the partners in organising their work and monitoring implementation phases in the fulfillment of what is foreseen in the 5 *Regional Action Plans.
The Logbook has been constructed thanks to the customised Prometeus template for the Action Plans, that sees each action describing its own indicators of result and its own milestones.
The indicators of result measure the quantitative (or qualitative) targets of each activity within an Action Plan, whereas the attached milestons represent the scheduling of said activities throughout Phase Two.
It is expected that each partner works on their own dedicated folder sheet of the Logbook and update it accordingly to the implementation actions.
