This stakeholder meeting was dedicated to the online field visit in Ghent. Before noon, the stakeholders participated in the general field visit program in which the good practices of Ghent were presented. In the afternoon, we organised a separate program for our stakeholders in which we gave an overview of the good practices that will be presented by the other project partners. We discussed which good practices are most interesting and would be most applicable in our local situation. Thanks to this overview, stakeholders can already be inspired by these good practices, while waiting for the other field visits to take place. Furthermore, we discussed further steps to be taken on the topic of using public land to contribute to the objectives for open space that are stated in “Space for Ghent”.
