After the end of the exchange of experiences with the other partner cities, the members of the LSG met to discuss the first proposal of LAP and co-design the future actions.

Governance of food policies, interventions in peri-urban areas, greater access by citizens to local products, greater use of green spaces: these are some of the themes that will be included in the strategic program that the City of Reggio Emilia intends to develop in the peri-urban and rural areas.

The meeting was introduced by Deputy Mayor for Sustainability, Carlotta Bonvicini, who outlined the long-term vision of the Municipality of Reggio Emilia regarding the sustainable development of peri-urban areas. In second phase of the meeting, an initial in-depth analysis workshop was organized to enable local stakeholders to comment and propose concrete ideas on the implementation of LAP. Finally, the next commitments of the Prospera project were discussed and illustrated both at local and partnership level.
