On August 23, 2017 the workshop "Customer Journey Mapping – seeing the world as customers do" will take place in the Investitionsbank Sachsen-Anhalt (Development Bank of Saxony-Anhalt) in Magdeburg. Within the workshop participants describe the journey of the customer by representing the different touchpoints that characterize his interaction with the services of the Investitionsbank Sachsen-Anhalt.

The workshop starts with characterizing two customers. Participants will consider a small company with 4 employees and without any structures and a medium-sized company with about 130 employees and organizational structure. Afterwards they define objectives for these customers, pick up the touchpoints that allow reaching these objectives and describe the experience flow across this different touchpoints. The interaction is described step by step considering the flow of information and equipment the customer encounters in order to better understand the user experience and to figure out the so called pain points. In the end Investitionsbank Sachsen-Anhalt wants to improve the sales and services by digitalizing processes in order to increase awareness and usage of our products.

Regional stakeholders from the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Integration, the Ministry of Interior and Sports Facilities, the Chambers of Commerce and Industry and a SME will take part in the workshop.

Within this project PURE COSMOS the Investitionsbank Sachsen-Anhalt aims to cut the red tape in funding processes through digitization.
