In the context of PURE COSMOS project, Genoa’s third Regional Stakeholder Group meeting took place on 15 September 2017 in the meeting room on floor 15 of the Municipality offices at “Matitone” building.
The Directors of the Municipality Departments that are involved and have an interest in the focal theme of discussion were present at the meeting, which was centred on the PagoPA payment system.
At this stage, the priority interest of the stakeholder group focused on the necessary actions and projects in order to diffuse the culture of the system within the Municipality’s organization and in Genoa’s territory.
The meeting represented the opportunity to define strategies, internal communication, Staff training, motivational training, call desk, brochure for Staff, business and citizens.
Furthermore, select meetings were fixed among internal stakeholders and their respective stakeholders.
