On 25th May 2018, regional stakeholders from Saxony-Anhalt came together at the Development Bank for the 7th regional stakeholder group meeting.
Following the successful 2nd Customer Journey workshop in April, stakeholders had the opportunity to discuss its results and implementations.
A representative from the Managing Authority looked back on the workshop as an "interesting chance to purposefully change your perspective" and said it had "many very practical implications".
Generally, many of the involved policy owners managed to put themselves into the customers' shoes and came out with several improvement ideas and plans.
Summing up many of the intended improvements, the stakeholders were presented with the Regional Action Plan draft - a lively discussion ensued.
