Representatives of the Prime Minister's Office, the Hajdú-Bihar Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Hajdú-Bihar Chamber of Engineers, the Hajdú-Bihar County Directorate of National Tax and Customs Administration and the National Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers took part in the 2nd RSG of the project in Debrecen.
The experts highlighted that one of the most important problems on public administration side is how to efficiently reach the different target groups. A potential solution can be to have targeted communication channels. The group emphasised that entrepreneurs and entrepreneurships demand significant improvement in the field of IT issues.
Concerning the public administration side, digitalization process have to continue and further development of Government Windows is essential (e.g. integration of specific sectoral administrative systems).
Life situation of entrepreneurs/entrepreneurships/enterprises should be inserted in the relationship between the company and public administration.
