The city of Debrecen considers important that the enterprises that operate or want to move here are satisfied. After 2 surveys in 2016 and 2017 it turned out that although 8 out of 10 enterprises would invest again in the city, entrepreneurs are not fully content with the administration processes.
After the approval of the General Assembly of Debrecen, the Info Point for Enterprises is to be established in the city this May to ensure more effective solutions of the complex cases of the business sector that claims coordinated administration of more departments, proper and comprehensive information and to increase the satisfaction of clients.
The info Point will wait the clients twice a week with the heads of units of the technical, tax, administration and chief architect offices.
