First stakeholder group meeting in Hungary

IFKA, the Hungarian project partner of RaiSE, organized the first stakeholder group meeting on 23 March 2017.

The meeting began with the presentation of RaiSE project, then all the participants introduced themselves. The participants were mainly social enterprises, along with some social enterprise accelerators. With these different points of view, it was easier to identify the needs of social enterprises.

The main topics covered in the meeting were: managerial skills training and possible types of funding schemes. The participating social enterprises expressed their genuine interest in becoming "real" social entrepreneurs, which in their case means growing independent from donations. At the end, the stakeholders agreed to support the communication and dissemination of the project by taking part in the study on the Hungarian social enterprise ecosystem and gap analysis.
