“Building skills as a change” - Plan in Action
The Emilia-Romagna Region, ART-ER and the main stakeholders met on January 10, 2020 to share opinions and activities related to the first action of the Plan “Launch of a call for tender aimed to the training of social enterprises managers within the EU Social Fund Regional Operational Plan 2014-2020".
“A bet and a system challenge” said the Regional responsible for the action. Satisfaction emerged by stakeholders for the work done up to now considered courageous but also very positive because in synergy with the current and future regional strategy and planning. The benefit is the network action envisaged with the promotion of profit and nonprofit partnerships and the fact that is not just training but accompaniment of the acquisition of skills with direct action in the companies.
