On January 23th and 24th, partners from the regions of Western Macedonia, Murcia, Liguria and Budapest/Central Hungary had the opportunity to learn from best practices of Wallonia.
Participants were confronted to methodologies, information, actions and tools developped in the field of Reborn’s major working thematics. Among others, were presented to partners’ evaluation of potential importation :
- SOCAMUT’s automatic mix product as an example of financial solution (with Julie Lebeque from SOWALFIN)
- « No Fail No Gain Conferences » (with Gregory Van Ass and the experience of Fred Colantonio)
- Walloon Aid Mechanism “Recovering Enterprises Plan” (with Alain Demarez from AEI)
- Action “Recovering Club & Workshops”
As the analysis of Regions’ situation showed, it was necessary to cover a 4th thematic regarding the brand new evolution of Belgian Insolvency Law, the Code of Economic Law’s Reform and the Commercial Court Reform.
To complete the scoop, the point of vue of accounting sector was presented with an additionnal focus on major warning signs to be followed by entrepreneurs.
