Christmas is coming early this year…courtesy of REBUS partner and host, the European Institute of Innovation.
On the 12th and 13th of December, REBUS partners will reconvene for the 8th International Partner Meeting and Exchange Event in beautiful & bustling Berlin, Germany to discuss alternative financing models, hear expert presentations and participate in relevant workshops, attend study visits with stakeholders, and much more.
A main highlight of the next partner meeting and exchange event is the overall presentation of the consolidated and finalised version of the Energy Renovation Path (ERP), including discussion for eventual small amendments needed by the end of phase 1 of the project. The REBUS Project ERP, developed on the basis of interregional exchange, is a tool to help public authorities to improve the following aspects of their energy policy content and management:
• Raise awareness on potential savings & efficient use of resources
• Collect feedback and streamline data on energy efficiency needs in the public buildings
• Draft tenders for renovation works that include energy efficiency baselines, targets and monitoring measures
• Manage the buildings in a more efficient way after renovation
In addition to the study visit of a sustainably retrofitted building, REBUS partners will also benefit from discussions on project-wide communication, developing a final version of their action plans and learning from key takeaways from Heerlen’s mine water project in the Netherlands.
Bis gleich!
