The 1st Stakeholder Meeting in Italy was held in Naples on 11th March 2019.
The Campania Region RECREATE project team introduced the project aims and objectives, the partners and regions involved, the role of the stakeholders.
A discussion followed between the participants about the needs and challenges of the transport sector in the region: professional training for both entrepreneurs and staff is recognised as essential to innovate processes and products, as well as planning. Cooperation between public and private sectors is also important for innovation.
An important aspect to be considered in relation to transport is climate change to be able to think and develop safe products and safe infrastructure.
