The 3rd Stakeholder Meeting in Greece was held on 26th November 2019 in the Regional Council Hall in Rhodes, in conjunction with the 12th plenary session of the South Aegean Regional Council and was attended by the Regional Vice-Governor in charge of Transport, the Vice-Governor of the Dodecanese islands and several Regional Councillors from the Dodecanese and the Cyclades.

The meeting started with a presentation about the RECREATE project objectives, the main activities carried out up to date and the important role of the stakeholders involved. Also, a detailed report was given regarding the knowledge sharing and the experiences acquired during the second RECREATE Study Visit and Thematic Workshop that took place on 16th and 17th October 2019 in Craiova, Romania.

Afterwards a presentation of the findings from the RECREATE ‘Transport SME Competitiveness’ report was delivered. The participants had the chance to discuss these results and share their thoughts and feedback.

Finally, the next steps regarding the project implementation were mentioned, including READ S.A.’s participation along with two local stakeholders to the next RECREATE Workshop and Study Visit that will be organised in Coventry in March 2020.
