On 17th December 2021, the Lead Partner Coventry University Enterprises Ltd organised a Stakeholder Meeting online. A representative of the Coventry City Council (the main stakeholder and Managing Authority of the region) participated, as well as representatives of the Coventry & Warwickshire Growth Hub, the Uxplore Programme and the Coventry & Warwickshire Innovation Test-bed Programme, all linked to the three actions included in the Action Plan.
The meeting focused on the West Midlands Action Plan and its main purpose was to show the participants what was specifically needed in terms of monitoring indicators. It started with a presentation summarising the aim of the Action Plan, the Policy Instrument that it is trying to impact, the self-performance indicator, the target, the monitoring indicators for each action. A discussion followed and the monitoring process was agreed between Coventry University Enterprises Ltd and the stakeholders.
