The fourth REDUCES interregional meeting will be virtual and will be hosted by the Bulgarian partners in the project – Euro Perspectives Foundation (EPF) and University of Mining and Geology (UMG).

The overall objective of the meeting is to highlight the regional development issue in Bulgaria as reflected in the policy instrument. In addition all partner regions will learn from each other from case studies how shared platform business models are applied, their environmental impacts and their development potential in each region. In order to ensure a participatory approach, the participant number will be limited to 80 people.

11:15- 12:15 Region session – part 1

In this session the first two REDUCES partner regions will present a shared platform CE business model (one per region; 30 minutes per presentation and Q&A). Partners are invited to share their presentations as well as video materials, interviews, etc. if available. The aim is to give maximum input for the participants on the essence of the model presented. This exercise should be used as a substitute of the life site visits and workshops. In this way the partner regions might get better idea if the business models presented might be transferrable and can be implemented in their regions. This is step is important for the development of the Action Plan for each region.
