The event will be hosted by Granarolo, a big regional company of the dairy sector, and will feature contributions from the Emilia-Romagna Regional Government, Agrifood and Digital clusters' representatives, Universities and local companies.
It will be the occasion for discovering the state of the art of the digitisation processes within agrifood companies and to discuss future strategies for supporting this transition, including the role that should be played by the ecosystem.
