From Monday 17 until Thursday 20 September, RELOS3 partners visit Emmen, this is the first in a series of longer visits, in which local Quadruple Helix constellations are studied, discussed and evaluated. This input will lead to improved implementation of RIS3 policies at the local level.
On Wednesday 19 September four project join forces for the Smart Up! event, BeyondEDP, ClusterFY, RELOS3 and TraCS3. About 125 people from Europe and the region of the northern Netherlands are expected to attend and through plenary sessions and workshops, a self-assessment about the Northern Netherlands and of course in the EU overall can be made. This will be valuable in the run up to the new EU programming period after 2020.
