After assessing the state of the art of circular economy at regional level,
by using the Local Analysis tool,
North East Romania and Lodzkie (Poland) found a common RIS3 sector, showing potential for collaboration in promoting circular economy transition: the textile and fashion sector.
A first explorative meeting took place on 02/02/2022: both regions presented the characteristics of the textile value chain, having companies active throughout the entire cycle: common challenges and shared objectives have been identified during this initial discussion.
