From February 27 to March 1, 2019, an interregional visit will take place on Gran Canaria island, in which project partners will be accompanied by representatives of institutions of interest in the field.
On Wednesday, February 27, an internal meeting will be held between project partners and stakeholders where existing good practices to support energy efficiency and the use of renewable energies will be discussed, as well as about the project, its progress and the next activities to be executed.
On Thursday, February 28, there will be three field visits, whose objective is to exchange experiences so that it could be known in-situ how specific energy efficiency measures are implemented in the region. The visits will be focused on energy efficiency and the use of renewables in the tourism sector, as well as energy efficiency in agricultural areas.
Finally, on Friday, March 1, there will be a working day in which stakeholders from Canary islands will join. A joint discussion and a selection of good practices for the Canary region will be held.
