The second stakeholder group meeting took place in Turin on 6 December, with the participation of 18 people between stakeholders and local partners.

Even though a continuous communication is established with them, stakeholders were updated on the main progresses of RETRACE project achieved since the last meeting (held in July 2016). One of the core moments of the meeting was the presentation by Politecnico di Torino and Piedmont Region of the state of the art of the Holistic Diagnosis carried out in the five partner countries: the preliminary elaborations of the data concerning the first 2 steps (there are 3 in total) were showed, focusing on the situation of Piedmont Region. This activity was followed by the explaination of the process to complete the third step of the Holistic Diagnosis, which requires the active contribution of stakeholders. An open and fruitful debate about this task was created among the participants, in order to organize their commitment.

The two Italian stakeholders that took part to field visit 2 in Nouvelle Aquitaine (September 2016) and to field visit 3 in the Basque Country (November 2016) reported to the others their experience, describing the Good Practices they had the chance to see and highlighting their comments about them.

Lastly, the two following filed visits to The Netherlands and Slovenia were presented, describing the good practices so far selected in the two countries.

The meeting ended with the agreement on the deadlines and the preliminary definition of the next stakeholder group meeting, scheduled in July 2017.
