Participants were informed of the progress of Retrace project. They had the opportunity to discover the systemic design methodology with a focus on the first result of holistic analysis infographics. The good practices of both Piemont, Basque Country and Nouvelle Aquitaine region were described by both APESA & ESTIA, the French partners of the project.
In a second part of the meeting, stakeholders took part in three parallel workshops dealing with distinct problematics extracted from the territorial analysis: what are the criticalities and potentialities of the territory concerning (1) methanisation (2) wood energy and furniture, (3) textiles and leather. Both synergy and output-input maps were present to facilitate the discussion between companies, institutions, project owner, associations…
A presentation and tasting of Gaxure concluded the meeting so as to initiate a possible knowledge transfer of good practices between Basque Country & Nouvelle Aquitaine partners.
