The Conference on Sustainable design for the transition towards a circular economy, organised by the Government Office for Development and European Cohesion Policy (Slovenia) will take place on 27 March 2018 in Ljubljana. The conference is co-organized by Centre for Creativity, which is managed by the Museum of Architecture.

The aim of the event is to learn more about the actions identified in the Regional Action Plan for Slovenia prepared in the framework of RETRACE.

For that, examples of Good Practices of support systems for the transition to a Circular Economy will be presented (the cases of Belgium and the Netherlands), and we will discuss the role of the sustainable design in this aspect.

The tools that can be used to translate theory into practice (such us OVAM or BiomimicryNL) will also be addressed on a workshop, as well as the different options to bring practical solutions to business, products and services (Donar or MUD Jeans for example).
