On February 23rd the project partners will celebrate the virtual study visit to Teruel. As said, due to the current circumstances of the COVID pandemic, this event is forced to be held online.

This is the planned agenda for the event:

- ACROTERA, company that manages the Castle of Peracense.

This castle is a benchmark in terms of tourism management and one of the most beautiful in the province of Teruel.

- Santa María de Albarracín Foundation.

The Santa María de Albarracín Foundation is a non-profit organization that aims to make Albarracín a cultural emblem, in tune with the exceptional heritage and landscape of this city. It is an innovative heritage management project, which pursues the orderly and harmonious projection of this unique city, basing itself on the recovery and cultural activation of its rich heritage. Antonio Jiménez, manager of the foundation, will talk about heritage management and the interventions carried out on the wall and the castle of Albarracín.

- Project "Atrinchérate" of the Region Community of Teruel.

Carmen Alonso will present us the actions of conditioning, enhancement and dissemination of fortified places such as trenches, bunkers or machine gun nests used during the Spanish Civil War.

  • Study visit – 2 part

- Manuel Siurana, director of the Fundación Valderrobres Patrimonial and its historical-artistic ensemble, with the Castillo de Valderrobres, will present the latest museum interventions carried out by the foundation.

- Ernesto Espada from the association friends of Dos Torres de Mercader, is a small village in the northeast of Teruel province that is valorising Spanis Civil War trenches near them.

- Clara Villalba Montaner, architect in the Cultural Heritage service of the Regional Government of Aragon who will present the development of the department's work and projects.
