2nd meeting with representatives of travel agencies and guides was held on 4/1/2021, to define the key issues to be solved in the Action Plan. The aim of the action is to increase the number of visitors – and there the increase of the attractiveness of the site is crucial. Definition of specific target groups and their needs, good planning of the offer to visitors and improvement of infrastructure and services has been discussed, together with improvement of marketing – there the more intensive promotion in social media was approved. Based on the SWOT analysis, which clearly shows the potential of the site, also possibilities of private businesses involvement was mentioned. As examples of good practices were selected proved approaches from Belgium and Germany.
